Every corn dog and donut we make is meant to give you a warm memory, not a headache. Because we serve fresh, made-to-order food, this policy works a little differently from a typical returns page. Here is how orders, accuracy, and refunds work, and what to do if something is not right.
Our promise
We stand behind what comes out of our kitchen. If your order is wrong or its quality falls short of what you should expect from us, we want to make it right. The fastest way to a good outcome is to reach out to the location that prepared your order, or to contact us, as soon as you notice an issue.
Made fresh, made to order
Our food is prepared fresh when you order it. For food safety and quality reasons, prepared food cannot be returned or exchanged in the way a physical product can. That does not mean you are without options. If there is a problem with your order, the sections below explain how we handle it.
Online orders
Online orders are placed and processed through our third-party ordering provider, not directly on this website. When you order online, your payment, order confirmation, pickup or delivery details, and any refund are handled through that provider and the location fulfilling your order, subject to the provider's terms.
If you used a delivery service to receive your order, that service may have its own policies for missing items, delivery problems, and refunds, and you may need to raise certain issues with them directly.
If something is wrong with your order
If your order is incorrect, incomplete, or not up to our standard, please let us know promptly. When you reach out, it helps to have:
- The location where you ordered
- The date and approximate time of your order
- Your order or confirmation number, if you have one
- A short description of what went wrong
With that information, we can look into it quickly and determine the best way to make it right, which may include remaking the item or arranging a refund where appropriate.
Refunds
When a refund is appropriate, it is processed through the original method of payment and the platform used to place the order. For orders placed through our online ordering provider, refunds are issued through that provider, and the time it takes for funds to appear depends on your bank or card issuer. We are happy to help you understand your options, but we are not able to issue a refund for an order we did not process.
Cancellations
Because orders are prepared fresh and often begin almost immediately, an order may not be cancellable once preparation has started. If you need to cancel, contact the location as soon as possible and we will do our best to help, though we cannot promise a cancellation once your food is being made.
Catering orders
Catering orders are arranged directly with our team and may involve deposits, lead times, and headcount commitments. Any cancellation or change terms for a catering order will be communicated when the order is arranged.
